We are delighted that you have chosen Mendskills for your learning journey. Our commitment is to provide you with a rewarding experience as you explore, evaluate, and acquire our diverse range of training courses, whether through self-paced learning or instructor-led sessions.
In alignment with the principles of online purchasing, we have established terms and conditions to govern our Refund Policy. When you make a course purchase on Mendskills, you signify your agreement with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.
For Self-Paced Learning:
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
Consumption of less than 25% of the video-learning content.
No prior request for an exam voucher or kit.
Refund requests not adhering to these criteria will regrettably not be entertained, and no refund will be issued.
For Instructor-Led Training:
To qualify for a refund, ensure the following conditions are met:
Initiate your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
Consumption of less than 25% of the video-learning content.
Attendance in no more than one (1) live online class.
Absence of any prior request for an exam voucher or kit.
Refund requests that do not meet the entirety of these stipulations will not be processed, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation & Refunds:
At times, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the rescheduling or cancellation of a class or session, or a change in the class location, if applicable. To qualify for a refund under these circumstances:
You should not have attended any classes.
Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
You can initiate a refund request through two methods:
For single-item purchases, click "Initiate Refund" in the "My Orders" section. For multiple-item purchases, kindly contact our support team via the "Help & Support" section on our website.
Refunds for Duplicate Payments:
In cases of duplicate payments, rest assured that refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 working days from the submission of your request.
Mendskills retains the right to modify this policy without prior notification.
